As the Country Head of JLL in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Saud is responsible for strengthening the company’s presence and expanding its footprint in the Kingdom with a focus on technology and sustainability.
A strong advocate of the “One JLL” approach, he leads JLL’s efforts by focusing on digital solutions and sustainability. He ensures client success through a wide-range of services, including development advisory, transactional advisory, asset management, property management, and project and development consultancy.
Saud is an independent Board Member of several organizations, including Nama Capital, Mawten Real Estate Company, Al-Rajhi REIT Publicly Traded Fund, Ennismore Lifestyle Private Fund, and SNB Capital Special Real Estate Fund. He provides strategic counselling and manages a diverse income-generating portfolio and development projects across various sectors and cities.
Before joining JLL, he was an Executive Director at the Tourism Development Fund, overseeing the Real Estate & Hospitality department. He also served as a Partner at Knight Frank, managing their real estate Valuation & Advisory practice in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Additionally, Saud was a vital member of the Real Estate and Infrastructure team at the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), spearheading key development projects such as NEOM, The Red Sea Project, KAFD, Qiddiya, and ROSHN in Saudi Arabia.
