Her work is equally focused on corporate strategy and private equity advisory. She supports leading international brands on strategy, operating model evolution and business transformation, helping management teams navigate market shifts and accelerate performance. In parallel, she works extensively with private equity funds on commercial due diligences, strategic assessments and value creation programs, supporting both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Over the course of her career, Caterina has developed deep sector expertise across the fashion, luxury and beauty supporting both brands and value chain players, combining strategic insight with strong execution capabilities.
