Alvaro is an Associate Director in the Dubai office of the Boston Consulting Group. He specializes in Real Estate development and operations with focus on Retail Real Estate. In his 20+ years of experience, 15 of which in the Middle East, Alvaro has supported clients in Corporate & Development Strategy, Asset Management initiatives, as well as in Organization design. His clients cover both Mega Projects and private developers/ operators/ investors across multiple geographies. Prior to joining BCG, Alvaro worked at Majid Al Futtaim and Dubai Holding (Dubai Properties, Dubai Holding Asset Management) in the UAE.
