As Chairman of MAGRABi Retail Group, Amin leads the Group’s strategic expansion across the Middle East and beyond. His mission is to harness the Group’s expertise to deliver exceptional client experiences whilst positively impacting individuals and communities.
Under his leadership, the Group has achieved significant milestones, including launching its eCommerce platform, establishing the state-of-the-art Lens Innovation Center (LIC), and introducing Doctor M, a new generation of lifestyle eyewear stores. In 2022, MAGRABi Retail Group was certified as a Best Place to Work in the Middle East, and Amin received CEO of the Year by CEO Monthly Magazine. In 2023, he was named among Forbes Middle East’s Top 100 Healthcare Leaders, and in 2024, the Group earned recognition as a Best Workplace for Women.
Amin is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and holds a number of Board positions, including: Chairman of Magrabi Health; Vice Chairman of Al Sulaiman Group; Chairman for IKEA, Saudi and Bahrain; Chairman of the Africa Eye Foundation; Director of AMICO Group; Director of ARP Global Capital.
Beyond work, he values family, wellness, and continuous learning, recently earning the Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School.
