Andrew Williamson serves as the Senior Director of Retail Development at Red Sea Global, where he oversees RDCE development, leasing, and tenant fit-out.
Previously, he held the position of Head of Retail for JLL MENA for seven years, providing consultancy and leasing expertise across the region’s retail projects, collaborated with major regional developers in a consulting capacity and has managed leases for high-profile projects including KAFD, Crescent Bay, Mall of Muscat, Faisaliah Mall and Deerfields.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector spanning MENA and Canada, he has held various leadership roles, served as a Board member of the MECSC, and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences
