Andrew Williamson is the Retail Development Director for The Red Sea Development Company.
Responsibilities include oversight of all non-hotel Retail, Dining & Entertainment: development, leasing, fit out and tenant operations across all developments including The Red Sea Project and Amaala. Aside from the destination retail experiences, each development will include retail centres for the staff villages, housing over 30,000 employees and their families.
Previous roles have included Head of Retail MENA for JLL, Director of Sales & Leasing for Urbn Limited in Baku, Azerbaijan and recently spent two years seconded into the KAFD Retail team. He has worked closely with developers throughout MENA to deliver on projects such as Deerfields Mall in Abu Dhabi, First Avenue Mall in Dubai, Mall of Muscat in Oman, Faisaliah in Riyadh and numerous community developments across the region.
