Anne-Laure Malauzat is a Partner with Bain & Company in the Middle East, with 15 years of consulting experience.
Anne has led over 130 projects with senior stakeholders across the MENA region, advising private sector leaders in the retail space, supporting them in their growth, customer, and AI strategies, with specializations in luxury and shopping malls. She also regularly supports government ministers, members of GCC royal families, philanthropists, and CEOs in several industries, focusing on socio-economic development and innovation.
For the last decade she has served as an advisor to multiple organizations such as Endeavor and is a frequent speaker on topics related to innovation and impact. She also leads the UAE office and Bain’s Social Impact practice in EMEA.
Anne holds an MA from Georgetown University and a dual Bachelor from Mount Holyoke College. In 2022, she was elected a Young Global Leader by the WEF.
