Carlos is a partner with PwC’s Tax practice, based in Dubai since October 2013, with more than 19 years of professional experience. He leads the Customs and International Trade practice for the Middle East region. Carlos regularly advises GCC Governments on Customs Transformation and has advised regional Governments on Excise Tax implementation and International Trade affairs.
With our private sector clients, Carlos focuses on supply chain restructuring an optimization, valuation, air, sea and land clearance processes, customs duty reliefs and exemptions, market entry assessments and customs disputes and litigation. Carlos is a speaker in Customs & International Trade events in the region and a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
