Cyrille Fabre is a Senior Partner in Bain & Company’s Middle East offices; he leads Bain’s Consumer Products & Retail practice and family businesses in the Middle East. Cyrille has 20 years of management consulting experience and delivers strategies that work for leading businesses. He primarily advises retailers and consumer product companies on strategy, customer experience, digital and performance improvement. He has also developed specific expertise in the Middle East, having worked with multiple family businesses across operating model, succession planning, board and executive roles and structures, institutionalization of family businesses. In addition, Cyrille works with economic development agencies to address topics such as retail sector strategies, ecommerce regulations, food security in the GCC region. Cyrille has applied his management consulting expertise globally with Bain, having worked in the firm’s Brussels office. He is a frequent keynote speaker in retail conferences and his insights have been published in global and regional publications including Financial Times, Forbes, The National, and Saudi Gazette.
