Dr. Simon Land is a Senior Partner in McKinsey’s global Consumer Practice and leads the sector in the EEMA region, as well act as the global co-leader of McKinsey’s ‘Growth in Consumer’ initiative. With 20 years of experience, he has been serving consumer companies from strategy to implementation on both growth as well transformations. Simon’s areas of expertise and experience include advanced analytics in sales & marketing topics, such as pricing and revenue growth management, key account management, sales force management, marketing spend optimization, and commercial operating model definition. He has experience across consumer sub-sectors, namely CPG, apparel & fashion, and retail. Simon holds a PhD from RWTH Aachen university.
