He has led a large number of projects with senior stakeholders in MENA, focusing on consumer products and retail industries. The last 6 years have been spent in the Middle East, collaborating with private companies to drive growth and transformation. Currently, the role includes leading the Restaurant practice in the MENA region, addressing the unique challenges and opportunities in the sector. Prior experience includes time at Procter & Gamble, specializing in finance and operational excellence. Federico holds a degree in Economics and a Mastar in Business Administration from Luiss University in Rome.
