Gemma D’Auria

Gemma D’Auria is a Senior Partner in McKinsey’s Milan office, the Global Leader the Apparel, Fashion & Luxury group and a co-leader of the People & Organizational performance function. She supports organizations in the retail, fashion, and luxury sectors in driving transformations for higher performance and health, including building capabilities and developing leadership capacity. Gemma is one of the leading authors of McKinsey’s flagship State of Fashion report and has published numerous articles sharing insights on best practices strategy, organizational health and business leadership. Prior to moving to Milan, Gemma spent over a decade in the Middle East Region, serving multiple clients across the Retail and Consumer sector.
