Ghaith Shocair is the Chief Executive Officer of Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate and Founder and General Manager of Theorema Partners, focused on driving business transformation, organizational capability value creation, and long-term growth. A seasoned executive with more than three decades of leadership experience, Ghaith has worked across real estate, retail, hospitality, and consumer goods, building and scaling complex businesses in both regional and global markets. Over the past five years, he has led the transformation of Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate, doubling profits, increasing net asset value, revitalizing underperforming assets, and recycling capital to strengthen portfolio performance. Previously, Ghaith spent 10 years with Majid Al Futtaim, where he held several senior leadership roles including CEO of Shopping Malls, CFO, and CEO of MAF Properties. In these positions, he led major strategic and organizational initiatives and oversaw more than $5 billion in greenfield developments, delivering some of the region’s most prominent retail destinations. Earlier in his career, he served as CFO and Board Director at Kingdom Hotel Investments and spent 11 years at PepsiCo International, where he led global and regional strategy initiatives and served as Head of Global Planning in New York.
