Ghaith Shocair

Ghaith Shocair is the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate, a Dubai diversified real estate developer and operator, and is the Founder and General Manager of Theorema Partners, a management consulting firm focused on advisory and corporate transformation. He brings his unique experience, insight and leadership style formed by 30 years of executive experience across multiple sectors including large scale retail and mixed-use real estate development and operations, consumer products and investment banking. During his 10 years at Majid Al Futtaim, he led several strategic, organizational and capability changes to drive the growth and competitive strength of its largest business, that included $5Bn of new developments including iconic regional retail projects. He worked at Kingdom Hotel Investments as CFO and Board Member and is an 11-year PepsiCo finance veteran, where he led several regional and global strategic initiatives at PepsiCo International including heading global planning in New York.
