Hani Weiss

Hani Weiss is the Chief Executive Officer of Landmark Group and former CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Retail, where he led the Carrefour franchise across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia from 2017 until his move to Landmark Room in 2025. Over two decades at Majid Al Futtaim, Weiss rose through leadership roles—from CFO to CEO—overseeing a network of roughly 450 Carrefour stores in 16 countries, serving over 770,000 customers daily and employing more than 37,000 people. An advocate of digital-first retail transformation, Weiss instilled a data-driven decision-making culture across operations, embedding AI and automation into fulfilment centers, checkout-free stores, and omni-channel customer experiences.
