Heni has more than 23 years of professional experience in the MENA Region
He is the Group Chief Financial Officer in Jahez International Group since 2020 leading 9 subsidiaries across GCC, with a successful IPO in Saudi Stock Exchange where he led the project with Jahez to become the First Saudi Unicorn to list on a public exchange with a Market Cap of $2.4 Bn.
Before joining Jahez, he spent 12 years of Business Performance and Analytics consulting practice in Tunisia covering North Africa region and then 5 years in Theeb Rent A Car (Saudi Arabia) as Financial Control and Reporting Director where he led its IPO project workstreams.
He is a Harvard Business School graduate (2024) and is holding a Chartered Accountant Diploma and a Master Degree in “Audit and Accounting”, Higher Institute of Accounting and Business Administration (2003). He received his BA in Accounting from the University of Tunis, Tunisia (2002).
