Hesham holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from UBT and a bachelor’s degree from King Abdulaziz University. He has expertise in social responsibility, public relations, board affairs, corporate governance, and managing general assemblies for companies. Hesham joined Panda Company in 2012, where he has held a variety of positions, including Secretary of the Company’s Board of Directors and its related committees since 2016. In addition to his board responsibilities, he heads the Social Responsibility and Public Relations Departments at Panda. In 2025, Hesham become the VP of Corporate Affairs & Board Secretary. He is passionate about promoting positive change for both companies and society through effective governance and sustainable social responsibility programs. Before joining Panda, Hesham spent four years as the Deputy General Manager of the Western Region for the international Subway restaurant chain.
