Growing up in beautiful and sensorial Morocco, Hind’s passion for beauty date right back to age 5 spending countless hours ‘playing beauty shop’ at her mother’s dressing table and marvelling at indulgent hammam rituals. Hind then chose to join the beauty industry, starting a career that spanned over 20 years at L’Oréal and Procter and Gamble in various brand and general management roles, leading both iconic brands such as Olay, L’Oréal Paris and Maybelline, as well as cult ones such as Redken, Essie and Pureology to better connect with consumers and deliver market leading success. In 2019, Hind found her next chapter as co-founder and partner of Waldencast, a global best in class beauty and wellness platform that incubates, acquires and scales the next generation of high growth purpose driven brands. Hind founded her own brand whind under Waldencast Ventures incubator and then became in Julyn 2021 the 1st Arab woman co-founder of a Nasdaq listed company with Waldencast PLC and the acquisition of Obagi and Milk Make up.
