Jason is a mechanical engineer with an MBA and is a serial entrepreneur best known for his philosophy on building company culture which he has documented in his book called “The Oros Effect”. He is a tech enthusiast and an adrenaline junky who has been featured across multiple media channels for his leadership perspectives on building a group of companies that employ over 4000 people across South Africa, the Middle East and the United Kingdom. Jason is a failed Formula 1 driver, turned helicopter and drone pilot, and loves anything that’s fast enough to get him killed. He was selected by Peter Diamandis as 1 of 250 global thought leaders on futuristic technology, and was voted in 2021 as the MENA regions technology leader of the year by Ventures Connect.
