Jennifer Hyman

Jennifer Hyman is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rent the Runway, a company that is disrupting the $2.4 trillion fashion industry. Valued at $1B, Rent the Runway is one of the few female-founded and led companies in history to reach this milestone. She co-founded Rent the Runway in 2009 and has since raised over $525 million in venture capital, growing the business to over 11 million members and 600+ designer brands. In 2015, Jennifer co-founded the Rent the Runway Foundation to help female entrepreneurs build scalable growth companies. Jennifer has been honored with recognitions like the “TIME 100” most influential people in the world and Fortune’s “40 under 40.” She serves on the Board of Directors of The Estée Lauder Companies, the Women.nyc Advisory Board, and is a Founding Member of the NYSE Board Advisory Council. She received her BA and MBA from Harvard University and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and daughters, Aurora and Selene.
