Lee Talbott is a subject matter expert in Retail Asset Management, Leasing, Strategy and Planning, with a career spanning over 30 years successfully leasing and asset management for some of the largest shopping mall and mixed-use projects in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, the UK, Australia and China.
As the senior director, retail portfolio, for ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s largest multi-asset class real estate developer and PIF-owned company, Lee is responsible for both developing and leading its retail strategy as well as all aspects of managing ROSHN’s retail assets, including leasing, property management and financing.
Prior to joining ROSHN, Lee headed up the leasing and asset management of some of the largest shopping mall and mixed-use projects in the region including Yas Mall (Abu Dhabi), Mall of Qatar (Doha), Msheireb Downtown (Doha), and Dragon Mart (Dubai).
Lee is a strong advocate for the customer experience and journey in the retail environment and has worked on award-winning projects across the region.
