Majid Algothmi serves as Acting Chief Executive Officer of RED Malls, where he leads the transformation of Dhahran Mall, the company’s flagship retail destination in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. He is also Chief Operating Officer at Azad Properties, overseeing a SAR 3 billion portfolio of retail, logistics, and lifestyle developments aligned with Vision 2030.
With over 20 years of executive experience in real estate, Majid has built a track record in developing and repositioning retail destinations. His recent work includes the development and launch of Souq7 in Jeddah, transforming 728,000 square meters into a mixed-use destination. His approach combines strategic tenant curation, operational innovation, and market analysis to create competitive retail environments.
Majid previously held senior positions at AWJ Holding, Kinan International, and Savola Group. He is a certified graduate of the Senior Executive Program at London Business School.
