Marco Parsiegla is the Chief Executive Officer of Amouage, the independent Omani High Perfumery House celebrated for its artistry and cultural depth. Since assuming leadership in 2019, he has guided Amouage to become one of the fastest growing houses in the industry, strengthening its position as a global reference for craftsmanship, creativity, and olfactory excellence while honoring its Omani heritage. 

Before joining Amouage, Parsiegla held senior leadership roles across luxury, consumer goods, and communications. As Global Vice President of Prestige at Procter & Gamble, he oversaw iconic fragrance and beauty brands including Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, and Alexander McQueen, driving growth, innovation, and brand equity in the high-end segment. He later served as Executive Vice President for Luxury & Consumer Goods at Havas, where he led global client development and advanced digital and media-driven brand strategies. 

Parsiegla also serves as a Board Member of Kampos, reflecting his commitment to sustainable, purpose-driven luxury. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics and is a graduate of Harvard Business School.
