She has been leading Digital and GenAI work for Operations in Europe, before moving to the region.
At McKinsey, she has focused on large-scale digital and GenAI-enabled transformations across Industrials, combining deep operational expertise with technology-driven change. Marie also leads McKinsey’s Women in Operations efforts and is deeply committed to people development and inclusion.
