Mohammed is the Loyalty Management GM for STC where he leads the notable loyalty programs qitaf (the reward program) and tamayouz (the high tier program). Coming from growth background, Mohammed led STC loyalty programs from retention to monetization to position qitaf as the national loyalty program in KSA. Before Loyalty, Mohammed has been part of growing STC devices business, scaling up STC bank, STC tv and STC play customer base.
