With over two decades in retail leasing and real estate strategy, Nermeen is a recognized leader in brand growth, market expansion, and retail leasing across the MENA region. As Chief of Retail Leasing at Diriyah Company, she spearheads strategic leasing initiatives that support the evolving fashion and F&B landscape of the region.
Her career spans leadership roles with some of the Middle East’s top retail developers. As Vice President of Real Estate at Azadea Group, she managed a diverse real estate portfolio across 16 countries for 55+ international brands. Prior to that, she led leasing strategy for Doha Festival City as Senior Director of Leasing at mSquared, optimizing leasing operations and client management processes.
Nermeen also spent nine years at Majid Al Futtaim Group, contributing to the development of some of the region’s most prominent shopping destinations. Her deep understanding of retail dynamics and market trends makes her a key player in the region’s retail transformation.
