Nez Gebreel is a Board Chair, Non-Executive Director and senior strategic advisor with over 25 years’ experience operating at the intersection of luxury, culture, media and growth across regional and global markets. She is the Founder of The Arc Bureau, advising commercial and luxury brands, alongside institutional and platform-led businesses, on long-term strategy, credibility and sustainable commercial value.
She has held senior leadership roles across both the private sector and government. As Founding CEO of the Dubai Design & Fashion Council, a government entity established by decree, Nez worked with global brands, investors and public-sector stakeholders to build internationally relevant platforms and deliver measurable economic impact. Earlier in her career at 19 Entertainment in London, she was solely responsible for the day-to-day management of David and Victoria Beckham’s commercial and creative businesses on behalf of Simon Fuller, and is widely recognised for transforming Victoria Beckham’s brand into a commercially viable, internationally recognised multi-category business.
Nez currently chairs the Industry Advisory Board at Heriot-Watt University Dubai, serves on multiple advisory boards, and is a published commentator, speaker and media contributor across the luxury and creative sectors.
