Pauline Coquet is a Partner in Bain & Company’s Middle East offices; she is part of Bain’s Retail and Consumer practice in the Middle East. Pauline has almost 15 years of management consulting experience across Europe and the Middle East, working with senior executives and management teams for both local and international clients. Her work primarily surrounds strategic planning and implementation, customer experience, and digital transformation, with deep expertise across consumer segments.
She has worked with multiple retail players across the GCC region, spanning large mall operators, fashion and luxury companies, as well as grocery and restaurant players across a broad range of topics.
Pauline holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Engineering Management.
