Pauline Coquet is an Associate Partner in Bain & Company’s Middle East offices; she is part of the Bain’s Retail practice in the Middle East.
Pauline has almost 15 years of management consulting experience across Europe and the Middle East, working with senior executives and management teams for both local and international clients. Her work primarily surrounds strategic planning and implementation, customer experience as well as digital transformation.
She has led worked with multiple retail players across the GCC region, spanning from large mall operators, to fashion and luxury companies, as well as grocery and restaurant players across topics.
Pauline holds a Master Degree in Engineering and Engineering management.
