Pavlos Exarchos is a senior partner in McKinsey & Company’s London office. Pavlos is leading our Consumer practice in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMA) and has previously led our CPG practice in the UK and SE Europe as well as our global Route-to-Market service line. Since joining the Firm, he has worked mainly on growth acceleration and business strategy topics for leading CPG players in developed and emerging markets across EMEA.
