Pierre-Yves Roussel is the Chief Executive Officer of Tory Burch LLC. He joined the company in January 2019 from LVMH where he served as Chairman and CEO of the LVMH Fashion Group for 15 years and a member of the LVMH Executive Committee. During his time at LVMH, Mr. Roussel successfully led the repositioning and global development of the group’s fashion brands portfolio including, among others, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe and Pucci.
Mr. Roussel started his career as a financial analyst at HSBC and Morgan Stanley followed by 14 years with McKinsey & Company as a Partner and then Senior Partner in charge of the luxury, retail and consumer goods practice.
Mr. Roussel has an MBA from the Wharton Business School and a post graduate degree from Brussels University.
