Prince Bandar is the founder, President & CEO of Unified Real Estate Development company, the largest and fastest growing outdoor shopping center developer and operator in the Kingdom. Since establishment, Unified has grown to own and operate more than 50 shopping centers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a total GLA of over 5 million square feet, with another 2 million square feet currently under development.
In addition, Prince Bandar is a board member of the National Competitiveness Center “Tayseer” of Saudi Arabia, a government body established in 2019 under the council of economic and development affairs with a mission to promote the competitiveness of Saudi Arabia in the global economy, encourage and empower the Saudi private sector, and integrate and government entities and strategies around a unified competitive vision by improving the regulatory and procedural environment.
Prince Bandar is also an active mountaineer and rock climber. After becoming the first Saudi and youngest Arab to climb the highest mountain on each of the seven continents “The Seven Summits”, including Mt Everest, Bandar is now the President of the Saudi Climbing and Hiking Federation, a government mandated sports federation that promotes and develops rock climbing, hiking and other mountain sports within the Kingdom.
