Regina Corradini D’Arienzo

Born in Turin on May 30, 1969.
In July 2022, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of SIMEST SpA, a company of the CDP Group that supports the growth of Italian companies abroad through the internationalization of their business.
Since May 9, 2023, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Terna.
She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Psychology, studied Business Administration at the University of Turin, and obtained a Master’s degree in Bank Management from Bocconi University in Milan.
Previously, she worked at BNL starting in 2013, holding various positions, including North-West Corporate Regional Director and later Head of the Corporate Banking Division. She was a member of the G100 of BNP Paribas and served on the Cash Management Governance Board and the Trade Finance Strategic Board of the BNP Paribas Group. She also held positions in several BNP Paribas Group companies, including serving as a board member of Arval SpA, Vice President of Ifitalia SpA, and President of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions SpA.
At Banco Popolare, between 2012 and 2013, she worked as Head of the Corporate Division, after having served as Division Head at Banca Popolare di Novara (2008–2011).
From 1990 to 2008, she worked at Banca San Paolo IMI (Intesa Sanpaolo), eventually becoming Head of the Marketing and Commercial Services Department within the Corporate Division of the Banca dei Territori.
