Sargun Bawa leads the Embedded Finance portfolio at Tamara, overseeing the flagship Buy Now, Pay Later product and the company’s rapidly expanding Consumer Finance line. Since joining Tamara five years ago, Sargun has been pivotal in scaling the platform, holding leadership roles across Commercial, Growth, Credit Risk, and Product functions.
Prior to Tamara, he served as a Principal with Kearney in the Middle East and North America. Sargun holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business and a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, uniquely positioning him to discuss the strategic integration of AI in modern retail finance.
