Sélim Chidiac has been the Chief Executive Officer of the L’azurde Company since 2010, after it was acquired by a Private Equity Consortium steered by Investcorp. Sélim led the Company through a solid turn-around which materialized in its IPO in 2016. Through its organization of 2,000 people, the Group designs, manufactures, wholesales to more than 1,500 3rd party retailers and retails through its own 100 mono brand retail points of sales.
Sélim started his career at Procter & Gamble in Geneva. A graduate of L’école Supérieure de Chimie Physique Électronique de Lyon, he followed his degree with postgraduate executive studies at INSEAD, London Business School, IMD Lausanne, UCLA and Harvard Business School. Prior to L’azurde, he was CEO for the North America division at Red Bull, where his tenure spanned 12 years. Sélim is also a Board Director at Theeb Car Rental Company in KSA.
