Shea Jensen, President at present with Urban Outfitters, was named senior vice president of customer experience at Nordstrom in 2016. In this role, Shea and her team support programs and capabilities centered on omnichannel and the full price customer experience, including Nordstrom’s styling program, alterations & tailoring as well as several digitally enabled programs such
as Buy Online & Pickup in Store and Style Boards. Shea aided in the development and launch of the company’s Nordstrom Local service concept. Since beginning her career with Nordstrom in 1990, Shea has acquired a wealth of expertise and knowledge in store leadership, customer engagement and merchandising. Having held
leadership positions across the company, Shea brings an incomparable and holistic view of how to bet serve customers on the brands’ own terms.
