Simon co-founded Sybarite with Torquil McIntosh in 2002, their steely focus has always been retail: architecture, interior design and retail strategy. Organically, this has led to hospitality and lifestyle projects that synchronise with the hybrid retail experience. Simon has a deeply collaborative working style and remains instrumental in fostering the culture of Sybarite, where work-life balance remains at the core.

Simon has conceived and delivered a multitude of global projects of varying scales from monobrands, malls, department stores through to master planning. Amongst those: retail, mixed-use and experiential design concepts for benchmark brands, retail and real estate operators. Past and longstanding clients include LVMH, Marni, Ferrari, S.T. Dupont, Harrods, SKP & SKP-S, Swire, HZM Capital, DFS Group, PIF, Emaar Properties, Al Khozama Investment.
