Zachary is a partner on the transfer pricing team in PwC’s Riyadh office. He has over 18 years of experience in the private and public sectors. He has advised multi-nationals on various transfer pricing engagements including planning, documentation, dispute resolution, and transaction advisory. During his tenure with PwC, he has gained a broad breadth of experience working in different markets including New York, London, and San Francisco. Zachary has recently assisted a major F&B company in resolving a transfer pricing dispute in Egypt and an FMG company with their transfer pricing audit in Saudi Arabia. From a planning perspective, Zachary has advised clients in setting up their transfer pricing policies, optimising their transfer pricing business models by way of implementing franchise fee / principal structures, conversion into a contract manufacturer / limited risk distributor, etc. In addition, Zachary has extensive experience on dispute resolution right from advising his clients on formulating audit defense and litigation strategies including MAPs, and also assisting them on APA projects.
