Tim manages a range of assets in the Al-Futtaim Malls portfolio including super-regional iconic destinations in the UAE, Qatar and North Africa, totaling over 80m annual visitors, 1,400+ retailers with additional assets in the development pipeline.
In his current role, Tim’s passion and expertise is building and executing an organization as a preferred business partner, generating sustainable growth and long-term value creation while delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences that produce safe, exciting, and enriching shopping environments.
Tim is a seasoned executive with a solid 30 year career within the Simon Property Group in the US where his last role was Executive Vice President – Property Management, responsible for the regional malls portfolio, where he managed day to day operations for over 200 malls, 5,000 employees and $3.2B in EBITDA.
Tim brings a thorough understanding of retail dynamics and shopping mall management in addition to relevant best practice capabilities.
